Hello & Thank you for being here!

I'm Lynne & the founder of Girl Meets Brush. For those of you that don't know my story already I started out as a MUA back in 2004.

Since starting my career I have been very fortunate to set up & run my make-up team all over the country & work on some amazing projects!

Fashion Work

As well as building my award winning make-up team, I have worked on many amazing shoots, some of which has been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire & Cosmopolitan. I have also worked on projects/briefs for designers Vivienne Westwood, Matthew Williamson & Preen.

Famous Faces

I have also had the honour to work with many famous faces over the years, such as - Dame Judi Dench, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Claudia Winkleman, Anna Friel, Arlene Philips, Mo Gilligan, Jimmy Carr, Alice Levine, Little Simz, Fiona Shaw, Sharon Horgan, Lauren Laverne, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Kirsty Young, the Great British Bake Off Team (the original cast line up – Mary Berry, Mel & Sue and Paul Hollywood).

In 2018 I launched the ACADEMY which has always been my ultimate goal, this is where have created range of different online courses & opportunities for the beginner up to the working pro, providing on going support & opportunities with our amazing talented team of Pro Expert MUA's & the online community.

Building yourself as a brand & succeeding in business is not just about the technique of applying make-up, but it is also knowing how to build that client base, carve your career & be a working successful make-up artist.

This doesn't mean jetting off to London & New York (although you absolutely can if you like!), most importantly it is about building the success right where you already are & in this growing industry the opportunity is all there, trust me!
